使用方法
  1. 打開桶蓋,底層先鋪上纖維較長的廚餘,利用底板細孔,減少渣滓漏下。

  2. 將廚餘切細切小,剩菜剩飯需要過油水瀝乾。

  3. 將廚餘平均的鋪在桶底。

  4. 將EM(Effective Organisms)Bokashi菌種平均撒到廚餘表面,適合果皮蔬菜類含水分高的廚餘,因為菌種可以吸收多餘的水分,防止發酵過程中因水分過多而腐爛。

  5. 每次用餐後,如此類推,將一層廚餘一層菌種的放進桶內,直至廚餘桶放滿為止。

  6. 如果廚餘多為含水豐富的果皮蔬菜類,在攝氏25-35度發酵環境下,3-4天即可接到液肥,可稀釋作液態肥使用於植物上。

  7. 在攝氏25-35度發酵環境下,一般1個月左右即可完全腐熟,打開桶蓋可見白色菌絲表明堆肥成功,即可倒出放入土壤中作為底肥。
