"Coffee Base" is the core facility for processing recycled coffee grounds, located in an industrial building in Kwai Chung Industrial Area. Part of the campaign's proceeds is used to support the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of the facility; making the campaign self-sustainable.

Part of the campaign profit supports the development and production of coffee grounds upcycling products. The product sales profit then returns to support the continuity of the campaign.

Some of the coffee grounds recycled is fermented to compost. The fermentation process also consumes recycled wood chips from local carpentry. The coffee grounds compost is packaged as Coffee NEXT household pack for sale and donated to local farms and private farms to support the local agricultural industry.

Some of the coffee grounds recycled is donated to Urban Mushroom for growing food grade mushroom locally in Hong Kong. Coffee grounds is a perfect substrate for oyster mushroom. The mushroom has undergone disinfection in high temperature and is produced without synthetic pesticides or stimulant.
