- Brand Story -
The Chief Project, their mission is to create a Hong Kong with zero waste. 

The Chief Project handkerchiefs are all handmade in Hong Kong. Not only are they committed to lessening waste, they also believe in reinvesting in Hong Kong’s future. they strongly believe in reinvigorating our economy by manufacturing right here in Hong Kong instead of outsourcing labour to other countries. After carefully sourcing their fabrics, they employ local expert seamstresses to make our handkerchiefs. 

After Hong Kong became a financial hub instead of a manufacturing city, many skilled workers struggled to find employment in different sectors. And they believe that even though it is more expensive to manufacture here than for example China, that this is the right thing to do. Their sewing partners’ enthusiasm, drive, and professionalism is reflected in the quality of their handkerchiefs and they couldn’t be happier. Their production line is close to home, local, and 100% Hong Kong. This way, they can make sure our handkerchiefs are produced ethically and safely too!

Material: Cotton (2 layers - 1 layer is with darker cloth while the other is with lighter cloth which is the face serving side)
Source of Cloth: Bought left-over sample yardages of world fashion brands from professional fabric manufacturer
Size: 8.5 cm × 8.5 cm
Quantity: 8 pieces/ pack (random distribution of color and pattern per piece)
Place of Origin: Made in Hong Kong by local workforce

Remarks:
  • After usage, please use the water for hand or machine use, and then air it dry. It can then be reused again next time.
  • Based on everyday usage, each pack of 8 pieces can be used for around 5-6 months. Exact duration depends on actual usage situation and may vary by person.
