Description

Evolon®100 | BFE 96.7% Reusable Filter is a French product which can be applied for cloth face masks and any masks supporting replaceable filters. This filter can be washed and reused for 50 times remaining its BFE 96.7% protection level which is equivalent to the European standard of EN14683 Level.

【Material Introduction】
Evolon® fabrics are produced using the unique textile manufacturing process invented by Freudenberg. The endless bicomponent filaments are rotated and evenly spread on the textile conveyor belt, and using a high-pressure water jet to simultaneously split them into microfilaments and entangle them to produce the final fabric. No chemical solvents and adhesives are used during processing. Evolon® microfilaments and Evolon® New Generation ultrafine filaments can be as thin as 1/200 of human hair. They are also 5 to 10 times thinner than many other ultra-fine fibers and represent a new generation of ultra-fine fibers. This technology is the key to the outstanding performance of Evolon® textiles.
